Our fixings and stains are British manufactured.

Q2 Do you not use pressurized preserved timber?
We do use pressurized preserved timber but only from selected timber merchants whose process we are happy with.
Q3 How long do I have to wait for delivery of
my table?

Q4 Why do we have to “pay up front”?
All tables are made to
order. By paying “up front” we are able to keep our stock moving along and therefore at a more competitive price.
Q5 You will deliver and erect. Why?
Because the tables are individually hand made
it is our policy to deliver and erect to ensure our products are not damaged and reach you in the best possible condition.
Our tables are
not throw away tables, but built to last for many years.
We
take great pride in the finished article and we guarantee you the client satisfaction.
All
tables are hand finished.
Q6 Can we collect flat packed?
Yes. but only by special arrangement
Q7 Do we need to be at home on delivery day?
Yes please. As our tables are erected on delivery
and placed where you want them. If the products have to be re delivered there is a charge of £75 per table.
Q8 When will we know the delivery date?
We will keep in contact with you by email and
will give you a provisional delivery date when you order and funds have cleared. We will confirm date and time (a.m. or p.m.) 5 days prior to delivery.
Q9 Do you make bespoke units?

Q10 Can you install wooden decking?

Q11 Do you use British manufactured fixings?
